All of our jewelry pieces are made to order and crafted with the utmost care. Please allow 6–7 weeks for your piece to be created and shipped to you.
As each item is custom-made, we do not offer refunds on custom or tailor-made jewelry.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, an item must be defective, damaged during shipping, or contain an error on our part. In these cases, the piece can be repaired or replaced but not refunded.
Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
